Our refund and returns policy is a 100% full refund for orders cancelled by either party (renter or vendor) minimum 30 days to major production events or rentals, and 14 days for minor events. 50% of the total rental amount paid will be refunded for event cancellations minimum 7days to event day .
Once your cancellation and refund request is received, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
