100% Refund Policy - Terms and Conditions
Thank you for renting from us.

Dear Customer, kindly note that once your order is confirmed, all items are reserved for you only and are taken out of stock and set aside for your delivery only. Hence, all cancelled orders affect us and our business to the next client who may have ordered from us but is not given the service or order because items were reserved for you.

We offer 100% refund on all rentals made on our website subject to our terms and conditions.
Item orders or Services cancelled due to faults not attributable to Excoban or any of its employees or vendors do not qualify for refunds. Cancelled orders/requests according to our ORDER CONFIRMATION policy are eligible for a refund based on Excoban's terms. Refund is made within 14 working days of your request.

We encourage all our customers to familiarize themselves with our terms and conditions, finalize all decisions on their rental requests before order confirmation and make refund requests where needed at the appropriate timelines.

Once your cancellation and refund request is received, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or original method of payment, within a certain Number of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
