Payment Terms

60% due upon acceptance of invoice to secure rental equipment for event date. Please note that this is NON REFUNDABLE. The 40% outstanding balance due in 21 working days before event date. However, if bookings are made within 30 days to event date, full payment will be required. Renter is liable for any delays or change in concept caused as a result of late payment.

Payment can be made in Ghana cedis at the prevailing Bank of Ghana rate at the time of payment.

 

Late/ Short Notice

All rentals are given on first confirmed first served basis, Excoban may charge renter a late penalty fee for short notice or confirmation.

 

Renter Responsibility

The renter is required to sign off on the delivery note, confirming exact items requested are delivered. 3 days is required to setup and 1 day is required to teardown. Renter is responsible for communicating this to the owners of the venue space. Smoking is prohibited in the marquee at any time

 

Tent Rentals

A site inspection is required to confirm, location, proximity and vehicle access.

 

Refundable Deposit

A 10% of total cost of rentals is charged as refundable security deposit to cover for accidental damage and loss. The renter is responsible for all rental items for the entire duration that items are in their possession. By accenting to this, the renter agrees to be liable for any additional costs where the amount of accidental damage is estimated to exceed the refundable damage and loss fee charge.

 

We trust you with our items in good condition, we politely ask that it is returned or picked up in same good condition to be usable by our next renter. However, in the event where an item is missing or damaged, full payment shall be made of the current market value of the new item. Please handle all items with care
